Refunds will be only be considered where we have breached our service promise including, but not limited to: 

  • Your tests results communicated outside our published timeframes
  • Technology failures
  • Booking failures such as oversubscribed 

We will only consider a refund to the value of the services you requested (the cost of the test/s). We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss e.g. missed flights or hotel costs

Tests can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the booked appointment. Once within 3 hours they are unable to be cancelled and non-refundable. 

The only exceptions to this are the Self-Test options (Supervised Antigen Video Self-Test, Unsupervised Antigen Self-Test or Self-Test PCR's) which are non-refundable from the point of booking due to immediate dispatch and the medical nature of the product.  

Please allow for up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
