Refunds will be only be considered where we have breached our service promise including, but not limited to:
- Your tests results communicated outside our published timeframes
- Technology failures
- Booking failures such as oversubscribed
We will only consider a refund to the value of the services you requested (the cost of the test/s). We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss e.g. missed flights or hotel costs
Mandatory testing for inbound travel package is non-refundable and payable at time of booking online, as you are purchasing not just the tests, but also the booking confirmation which allows travel and entry to England. This applies even in the case of a positive first test when you are not required to take a test on or after day 8.
