Changes and cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to your appointment time.
I need to change my test type
If you need to change to another test type at the same test centre, firstly you must ensure the test type is available at the same centre.
If so, you can keep the appointment as planned and our staff will change it when you arrive and handle any cost changes.
If the test type is not available at the same test centre, you can cancel your appointment and request a refund and rebook the required test type at one of our other test centres that offer the test.
Please note, refunds will be only be considered in circumstances where the customer has been materially impacted by a service failure.
Refunds usually take 5 working days but can take up to 14 days. The refund will be processed back on to the payment card used at purchase.
I need to change my onsite date/time
Cancel your test appointment and request a refund and then rebook a new appointment on the new date/time.
For Self Test
I need to change my Supervised Antigen Video Self-Test appointment
Contact us here and request a new date and time you’d prefer and if it’s available, we will change it for you.
Self Test Arrivals
These tests do not have an appointment to amend and are non refundable from the point of booking due to immediate dispatch and the medical nature of the product.
