Every effort will be made to resolve any customer dissatisfaction. We'll always aim to resolve complaints in a timely manner, normally within 5 working days, but if further investigation is required, you will be informed of this and kept up to date with progress. Once we have closed our investigation, we'll write to you to communicate our outcome.
